When Planning an Activity/Event there are a lot of things to think about! Here are a few things to think about, steps to follow and documents to complete. Please note that as the organiser of the event, you are also the event coordinator. 

Here is a summary of steps to take: 

1. Check the Google NISS Events and Activities Calendar for available dates

2. Check the venue calendar for availability and soft booking of the venue

3. Line Manager and HOS Approval

4. Completion of New Event Logistics Form and Risk Assessment Form

5. SLT Approval

6. Our helpdesk, upon receipt of your request, will email all applicable areas

7. From this moment forward, you are responsible to ensure that any changes, updates, and additional requests are made directly to the involved parties.
